Learn how to master this medium and acquire the techniques needed for successful online writing and publication.
Break-Out and Workshop Sessions:
Online Research:
You know that the information you need is out there somewhere, but finding it online is not always easy. Finding the professional level information you need is another story altogether. This session on Deep Web Search Skills can be geared (as needed) to online newbies or to the professionals in your field. Access to a computer room is ideal, but not necessary for this session.
Editing Your Own Work: So what is this magic that editors profess to practice? What are the rules? What tools do they use? We'll pull out some pencils and go to work in this hands-on workshop. BYOW - Bring Your Own Writing - Optional.
