Michael Pugh Jr Memorial Ride

Michael died on February 22, 2007 after a four year bout with Leukemia, he was 24 years old. This ride, first organized in 2008 to honor his memory, passes a few places special to Michael and returns down the front side of Signal Mountain to downtown Chattanooga.

This is a 60 mile mountainous route with two long climbs, the first around 6%, the second close to 9% average grade. The ride up Suck Creek Mountain follows a beautiful creek for most of the climb.
