My current research is focused in the states of Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and Oregon. The information links below relate mainly to GIVENS, GOFF, LAYTON, and TEAGARDEN. For most I have found no link to my family tree, however, they maybe long lost cousins or ancestors. Quite possibly they may be related to you.
I have currently only transcribed a few census records. As time permits I hope to add more so check back occasionally.
Please note that these are mostly surname specific transcriptions and not always the entire census.
Each index is an alphabetized listing of all Family members with a given surname. Each individual in the index is linked to the associated census extract for that household.
Each census contains an extract of the Township, County, Dwelling, Family Name, Age, Sex, Race, and Birth Place data as recorded. They are alphabetized by County. I have included an extra column labeled 'birth year'. This is simply an approximation based on the individuals age as recorded and should be used with caution.
I have also added a Map feature which shows the location by county within the state where each Family/Individual resided. Below the Map is a table for each county listing the number of Families/Individuals and where they were born as reported in the census.
Please note these are my transcriptions which may contain errors.
None have be verified by a second party.
