USS General Daniel I. Sultan Troop Ship used to transport troops from WWII to the time that I went to Korea from Oakland Army Terminal to Inchon, Korea. It was placed in drydock at Yokohoma, Japan immediately after my trip on it after we went through a bad typhoon off the coast of Japan, cracking the left front hull and flooding the front compartment of the ship.
Map of Kimpo K-14 and surrounding area.
