Not much is known about Jack Huey, except that for a while, he and Louis seemed to be in competition with Ray as to who could solve the most cases. Once Louis died, Huey appeared to work alone, but he was given a new partner in the third season (Thomas E. Dewey). Huey's a good detective whose skills we don't see too often.

Louis Gardino (deceased), Ray Vecchio (on a couple occasions), Thomas E. Dewey. No others have been mentioned.
