"William B. Walters was born and married Nancy Dishman in Warren County
Kentucky.  He died in Marshall County Kentucky in 1881.  William B. Walters,

Will of W. B. Walters

Known unto all men by these present that I William B. Walters being very low
and in bad health but of sound mind do hereby of my own free will and accord
make my last will and Testament.
1st. I will and bequeath my soul to God who gave it .
2nd.  I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy Walters all my personal
estate, cash, cash notes, bonds, of all kinds and the use of all my farms,
houses, rents and profits arising there from except what is here after
provided for my children, to have and to hold during her natural life and in
the 3rd. place I will and bequeath to my son J. H. Walters the land and farm
he now lives on.
4th I will and bequeath to my son William B. Walters one hundred acres of
land off of the west side of the N.W. part (?) sec. 29 t.g.r. 2 east
Beginning at the S.W. corner of said(?) section running north with with (?)
said line to the corner of fence of Woods lot near Felix Walter's house.
The east with said fence to State road, up State road and far enough and
square across to the south line so as to make one hundred acres.  5th  I
will and bequeath to my daughter Zora Walters the residue of the above named
quarter which lies on the South side of State road and also enough off of my
house quarter to make one hundred acres.  6th I will and bequeath to my son
Leemon Walters the residence of my house lands after his mother's death and
after her death the Tennessee River lands and farm I desire to be sold and
divided equally among all my heirs.  I now desire that my wife be made Sole
Executor of my Will without giving bond or Security given under my hands and
seal this 1st day of October 1881.      W.B. Walters

Marshall County
     I W.J. Wilson clerk of the county court of said County do certify that
the foregoing  _____ last will and testament of W.B. Walters decd. was on
Monday, November 7, 1881 produced in open court for probate which was duly
proven by the oaths of J.H. Johnston and R. J. Hill two of the subscribing
witnesses thereto who testified that the Testator W.B. Walters decd. signed
and acknowledged said will in their presence and that they signed their
names as witnesses there to in his presence and at his request and that the
Testator W.B. Walters was at the time of sound mind.  Whereupon the said
will was duly admitted to record as the true last will and testament of W.B.
Walters decd.  Whereupon the same and this certificate have been duly
recorded in my office given under my hand this 7th day of November 1881.
