it was necessary to render
services extra to the amount of
three trips to Benton one trip
to Esq. Washams, one sale,
one trip to Murray. Three more
trips to Benton one of them
by request of heir W.J. McElrath.
This exclusive of the 5% on
amount collected amounting to
the sum of twenty five ["thirty three" is scratched out]
dollars and ["forty seven cents" is scratched out]
["$33.47" is scratched out] $25.53
Affiat, W. A. Swift states
that the above and foregoing
account against the estate
of Thos. McElrath deceased
is a just demand and
has never been paid and
that there is no offset ["or discount" inserted above] against
against the same, nor any
usury embraced therein.
Affiat W.A. Swift says he
believes the statements of
the foregoing affidavit are true.
