This is the first DS episode I saw. Somehow despite being a Canadian and all, I had never really watched the show. Saw this while flicking channels and was tickled by the absurdity of BF actually boiling his oxfords. Something about the earnestness with which he told his story and the bemusement of RV made me laugh and take notice of the show. It's a tribute to the show that something so silly can be made believeable, and DS has done this wonderfully.
