This site will always be dedicated to the memory of Billy W. Harbin

He served as Fire Chief of Valley 2 Vol. Fire Dept. from 1983-2002

On March 13, 2002  Billy passed away due to a serious health problem.

Billy was loved as a husband, father, dedicated firefighter & friend.

Billy served as a state certified firefighter & fire chief for 19 years.

His son, Daniel Harbin now has taken over his Dad’s position as

fire chief and is leading the charge into the future.

You will be truly missed and through our memories, always be remembered.

volunteers. Valley 2's volunteer staff

consists of both men and women. These men and women volunteer their time and risk their lives to save yours!
