NURSING PROFESSIONAL SOCIALIZATION HAS BEGUN:
HOW FAR HAVE YOU COME?

Nursing is not just a body of knowledge; it is an attitude, a commitment, and a way of thinking. Before you can be a successful nurse you have to become a successful nursing student. The transition from naive dreams of benevolent care to the all-too-real hard work required of nursing students is accomplished by a series of choices.

Tasks :

  1. Score yourself on the behaviors of successful nursing students, and enter the total at the bottom of each section. Each 'YES' answer receives one point.
  2. Click on the Submit Link to send your responses to your instructor.
  3. In a group identify at least 2 workable ideas / per group member to improve each person's score.
