NOTES ON PLANNING:

  1. As soon as you have the syllabi of the other courses you are taking, compare the dates on which tests are scheduled and papers are due. Make a master schedule so that you can prepare for all these events.

  2. For every hour of class meeting the University...to spend 2 to 3 hours...to schedule 8 - 12 hours to read, study and write about NURS 1100 topics before attending the next bi-weekly workshop
  3. You will have access to advice from your instructor during the workshops, during office hours and via E-mail. If you are unsure about an assignment, clarify the requirements with your instructor.
  4. Much course work is done via the internet. When you attend classes 5, 9 and 13 in particular, you will have already submitted work for those classes. Rather than presenting the material in lecture format, teacher and students will review their work together to clarify the group's understanding of the topics.
