This cleric's goal for himself was sainthood by December 25 at midnight, as measured by being recognized by his church as a saint.

This goal was not met. Not only did the Church not recognize this cleric as a saint, this cleric even had a few uncharitable thoughts when trying to write this goal evaluation statement.

A close look at the interventions suggests that one more intervention should be added, Pay more attention when praying.

An outsider looking at the plan might conclude that it could be the goal itself that is problematic.
