READ ABOUT THE NURSING PROCESS

  1. READ Creasia in Ch 5 (Nursing Process). Be sure you can:
  1. List the 5 elements of the nursing process in sequential order.
  2. Label the definition of any of the 5 elements.
  3. Give examples of how a client can contribute to each element in the process.
