Zatanna to be 'teen magician' on big screen

Writer Hadley Davis ("Ice Princess") said she is working on a screenplay based on the DC Comics character Zatanna. For the film, the female magician will be recast as a teenager. According to Sci-Fi Wire, "Davis said that her script will differ in its approach to comic book-oriented material from previous Warner Brothers adaptations, such as the Batman series. 'It's more of a [comedic] and kind of tweeny, teen-[oriented],' Davis said."
