We only took a few pictures on the Trace because had we have stopped to view all the sites on the Trace we would never have made it to Shiloh. One can spend a week on the Trace. We did make one stop to view a historical site and there was a small stream meandering and rippling through the "wilderness". Here are a few shots of that stop.
This first shot is Alexa on the way down to the stream.

This third shot is Alexa closely viewing
the stream. Although it was June, the water was very cold as Alexa found out when she inserted her bare foot into
the stream!
