Here's somelocation info from a local boy.
I don't know which way you're coming from (north or south), but
the easiest way to get to the Creek is take I-65 to Louisville.
Continue on I-65 to the South, signs will say Nashville.
Then take the Gene Snyder Freeway West, it'll say Ft. Knox.
Go all the way until it ends, about 9 miles. At the end of the
Freeway turn left. This is Hwy 31W (Dixie Hwy.). Continue down
Dixie Hwy. After a few miles you will pass a cement plant on
your left and go under a small bridge. You're almost there!
About a mile or mile and a half look for signs for Hwy. 44
to Shephardsville. Turn left on Hwy 44. Go abou a mile,
under the RR trestle. Keep looking to the right for the entrance
to Knob Creek.
Have fun, wish I could be there this year, butI'm stuck in
Germany.
