Inside of rear fenders have been painted and the fenders and lights are now back on the car. Still need to install fender welting. The wiring at the rear of the car has been sorted out and much of it repaired/replaced. Photo also shows the freshly painted inside of the deck lid.
Much of this morning was devoted to disassembling the drive axles and getting rid of the incredibly messy goop in the CV joints. New boots are on the way and the CV's will get a fresh load of moly grease. Also got in the interior of the car and replaced the shift rod bushing. The old one was gone which allowed a lot of play and noise in the shifter. The shift rod was pulled from the car, cleaned, greased and reinstalled.
