Decorator's Icing :

2 lbs. powdered sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup water with dash of salt
1 teaspoon clear vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon butter flavoring (Best to use the brands sold at
cake supply stores, some brand from the grocery stores will tint the icing yellow.)
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring. |

and beat until smooth. |
