All of the above guitars were built in the same two 
factories except for the Martin.  When Gibson moved 
to Nashville a group of their guitar makers bought 
the factory, wood, machines and tools and opened up
  Heritage Guitars.  To this day Heritage still produces 
far better guitars than present day Gibson. (for half the price!)
