I don't think that it would work. There is too much tension between groups of brant hunters. It's like a soap opra out there. This group doesn't like this group because one time they stole their point on the spit 35 years ago and they have been hunting over more decoys to bring the birds to their side of the bay. And none of the decoyers like sculler's because they are chasing the birds off the bay, pushing them out to the ocean, and south. . . bla bla bla bla bla. I don't think that the people around here are unified enough to make it work. Too many winers pointing the fingers at everyone for their lack of success. Just my two cents, Kelpy
