This boat measures 15' in length and is very broad and low (bat-winged) towards the stern and was orginally ordered from Bob Burdick with an extra layer of glass on the deck for additional strength.

The weight is approx. 110 lbs. and was fairly easily "car-topped." (Almost like hauling a thick, heavy surf board or something.)

The pictures that we took of the boat are with no weights so the boat will appear taller than it will be in the actual squatting, hunting mode.

This is definitely not a rough water type of sculler. I noticed that there is very little free-board - almost like a very stream-lined, narrowed layout.

The boat is surprisingly much more stabile than my Humboltd and glides extremely well. Overall, this is one very interesting designed scull boat that performs just like it looks - super low and very fast. You can tell that the designer/maker put alot of fore-thought into this design.
