Another American edition of this title that closely
resembles the first edition is the Triangle Books edition. At least on the dust jacket. Both share the same art work on the dust jacket cover, however the Triangle edition has a black border at the bottom with the words, "THE POIGNANT LOVE STORY OF AN R.A.F. PILOT WHO SANK A BRITISH SUBMARINE BY MISTAKE. |

As is typical with the Triangle Edition, it is
dimensionally smaller, the front cover measuring approximately 7-3/4" long X 5-1/4" wide. The book cover of this edition is aqua with a decorative rectangle in the center.
The front cover of the Morrow first edition
measures approximately 8-1/2" long X 5-3/4" wide and has wavy blue lines running across a section of the front. |
