Tallulah finally got a break playing an actress who must choose between a career and marriage. Although it was savaged by the critics, the play was popular and did outstanding business in San Francisco before it reached Broadway.
Tallulah's Comment: "The modest success of Reflected Glory tricked me into believing I had been de-haunted. But I was living in an opium world. "
