The teaming of Garbo with Clark
Gable was eagerly anticipated. Their screen chemistry together was
quite good despite the story of Susan Lenox which is quite
hard to take. It is an entertaining romp however and Gable and Garbo
sizzle when they are on screen together. There was talk of future
Gable/Garbo teamings but none of them ever came to be.
