Conrad Nagel
Nagel was born March 16, 1896 and began his film career in 1919. During the 1920s and 1930s, he was a popular romantic leading man. He later played character roles and hosted the TV game show "Celebrity Time" from 1949-1952. He was a co-founder of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences and was president of Associated Actors and Artists of America until his death in 1970.
