On Sunday September 29, 2002, the Rocket City Mustang Club took a cruise to Historic Lynchburg Tennessee. A total of 13 people including members and their families participated in 6 Fords, 5 Mustangs and a Thunderbird. Those who were in attendance were, The Dorners, The Elders, The Gullatt Brothers, The Moores, The Pattersons, and Stephen Wysock. After our arrival in Lynchburg, we visited the many shops to pick up some souviners. We ate a great lunch at the Heritage House Restaurant on the square in Lynchburg. Following lunch, several members decided to head for home, while the rest of us continued to browse the shops, then we headed out for our tour of the Jack Daniels Distillery! Our tour guide, Bruce (the one kneeling in the group photo), is a retired Ford employee who worked in Dearborn. His son also works for Ford today!
