Manna Enterprises was founded in 1982 by Wayne and Katie Reaves. Wayne, who has over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry, serves the company as president. Katie is a vice president of the corporation. Brian Reaves is the Vice President of Operations and Training. Brian oversees all aspects of company training including harassment; store emergencies; and interviewing, hiring, and terminations. In addition, Brian and Wayne are registered ServSafe Food Safety instructors.


Our office is located at 5065 US Hwy 78 West, Suite D, Oxford, Alabama. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Manna Enterprises is a franchisee of Jack's Family Restaurants, Inc. We own and operate a total of nine restaurants in Northeast Alabama. Our stores are famous for the "Big Jack", our largest hamburger, and several other burger choices. In addition, we have a full breakfast menu, including egg platters, gravy biscuits, pancakes, and meat biscuits. We also offer Jack's Spicy Fried Chicken and entree salads.

Manna Enterprises began in 1982, with one store in Pell City, Alabama. We now operate restaurants in Anniston, Lenlock, Oxford, Coldwater, Pell City, Heflin, Talladega, Sylacauga, and Munford.

Our Area Managers, Bruce Dunston and Kim Hawkins, directly supervise day to day operations in the stores. Verne Kuhlow, Director of Maintenance, is responsible for all the maintenance needs of the restaurants and manages all construction including store remodels.

In 1995, Wayne Reaves was elected President of the Alabama Restaurant Association, an organization of several hundred restaurant companies and associate companies throughout the state. He was honored with a second term in 1996. In 1997, Wayne was honored as Alabama Restaurateur of the Year by his peers. In 1999, Wayne joined the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant Association representing the State of Alabama. In May 2008, after serving nine years on the NRA Board, Wayne was designated a Director Emeritus. Wayne also serves that organization as the PAC Co-Chairman for the State of Alabama.
