Haven't had the boat out in... I forget when I last had it out. I have been making short trips to the pumps and surrounding area at Decatur. I usually manage to catch a few small bass with a 3-4 pounder mixed in every now and then. Also, a few crappie and shell crackers. I release everything now.

Small white bass/hybrid stripe run late in the afternoon behind the pumps and will hit just about anything. They are only running one pump now, so I suspect they will be turned off shortly and only run intermittently from then on unless we get another flood.

Thanks again for the post! I will have to try to get over this cold and get the boat out soon.
