10 bass in 6 hours? For someone who doesn't normally fish for bass, that is excellent, heck many bass fisherman will take that type of productivity any day.
I would also say that Mike was right about becoming a really good bass fisherman, all the advice from us won't make you that. Experiance is the key. Another thing that is often overlooked by new bass anglers is actually studying bass behavoir. Bassmaster magazine as well as many other sites are extremly technique specific, lure oriented, but all that information is only of real use if you understand bass behavoir. My best advice to you would to be to go bass fishing with someone who is already a good fisherman. I've learned more in a day with guides and old timers than I'll learn in a year from reading bassmaster.

They wont make you a better fisherman but maybe they will explain some technique oriented questions better than any of us could.
