You might want to try some other tiny plastic jig minnows as well since Renosky has started making the Keystone out of very soft plastic now.
A couple of alternatives are called "The Judge" and "Critters". All of these tiny plastic minnows come with tiny jigheads from 1/32 to 1/64 oz. Work them under a tiny cork over bedding bream. Add a small split shot if you have trouble casting them.
