2 places one ,alabama point which is at the bridge there in orange beach, spanish mackeral, using a gotch lure or bubble rig, and maybe a red fish on a live pinfish or big spoon this time of year also Jack cravalle are crusing around the beach in large schools, and hanging one of them is like tying your line to your cars bumper and scratching off!!Unfortunately they taste like the rubber you burn in scratching off !!! They are awful but make up for it by being fastest beach fish .secondly id try the state pier ,the spanish are there and also they are having a good Cobia run this year !!!! and if you just lazing on the beach fish for pompano using piece of shrimp or the best bait live sandfleas ,true name is mole crab found in the edge of the surf Hope this helps a little but a great time of the year to be there fishing from the beach / pier/ or point!!! good lord willing ill be there next week end to try and live up to my nick and catch redsnapper, the season in ala waters opens 21st!!
