In the ponds, be real quite approaching the pond bank (do not use a boat) and slow work a 8 inch pumpkinseed worm (texas or carolina rigged) parallel to the bank as much as possible.
Around guntersville dam (especially below it) use a plastic chartruse 1/4 to 1/2 ounce jig with a twirling tail. Also, hook a small minnow through it's bottom and top lip just in front of his eyes (don't kill him by pushing the hook through his brain). You can also try all sorts of Rattling Cranks baits and spinner baits. Right now I would use Gold colors. However, do not expect to catch many largemouth black bass around the dam, especially below the Big G dam, but you might catch some Spotted Bass.
Move up the Big G in shallow water in Browns Creek, Seibold Creek, North and South Sauty to catch big largemouth black bass.
