If you are going to fish below Wilson I recommend looking at those picture posted last month. Just remember it can be shallow approaching the dam until you reach the apron.
Also above the boat ramp over to the right bank from the middle is that small pile of rocks. Please have someone show you that area before you go hauling ass up to the dam. Also do not tie a line (from any of the eyelets on the wall) directly and then to your boat. The line should go through the eyelet and back to your boat. The water can really rise and drop quickly. Also when along the wall keep an eye open for those water discharge holes (about 6in in diameter) because all of a sudden you might find a large stream of water coming into your boat. For those of us that fish there these things are natural in our approach but I can see that for those fishing there for the first time it can be scary, Good luck and be careful.
