I have an article with seasonal tactics that may help some posted on the link. Feb can be tough due to the weather changes, but it is the best time for a real monster. If you're hunting bass with weights in the teens then Feb is the month. I do best shallow, 3 to 8 feet focusing on the main channel ledges over the old hydrilla, or on the humps and flats near the mouths of big creeks. A 1/2oz to 3/4oz spinnerbait in any shad color is a good choice, or a Super Spot, 1/2oz in the shallower waters and a 3/4oz (my favorite) on the drops and in deeper water. You can normally catch a lot of smaller bass in Feb in the pockets around the stumps in 1 to 4 feet on spots and small shallow running cranks. Good luck.
