Any type of epoxy hardner might work to fill holes, The best thing could be to cut up some fiberglass in small strips, and bond them inside and out of the holes...this could help with keeping the transom strong, you will have to sand it down and repaint it after the fiberglass dries. Maybe someone else has something else, hope this helps you and good luck if you try to decide working with fiberglass! I hate the stuff. I helped one of my friends replace his floor and we had to cut it out, replace with wood and bond fiberglass to it. Talk about a job! Good luck
