need Wheeler Dam tailrace report

Are the smallmouth biting good below Wheeler Dam now? I'm thinking of taking a trip tomorrow (Monday) with my son to catch, photograph, and release some brown bass. If the bite is still slow I'll save the 150 mile round trip and fish closer to home.
