The bream are biting on guntersville. They bite best if they are pulling water. Just find a bridge that leads to a big creek and fish near the bottom using almost any panfish bait. I perfer crickets but worms of all sorts will work.
Fish in water that is 17 feet or deeper and next to the bridge post or concrete walls. Use a 5/8 oz bell sinker on the end and place one or two small #8 bream hooks about 6inches up the line and sink to the bottom, real up the slack and get ready. At the very slightest bump you better set the hook. Some of the fish are running a little small now but with cooler weather the size will increase. Good luck.
