Hi, bream are usually pretty easy to find, the best way to locate them is to use crickets or worms. Put the hook about 2 feet under the bobber, with a tiny slip shot weight midway between the bobber and hook. Cast out, let it sit for a few seconds, or you can cast out and reel in SLOWLY, and watch the bobber. Or another bait i've found that works well is the strike king bitsy pond minnow. You can get them at walmart for about $3 a piece, you can mix up the retrieve any way you want, steady slow retrieve, fast retrieve, or stop and go. When trying to locate bream try the shallows, around islands, or boat docks, and so forth and so on. Hope that helps!
