that is an all-inclusive article! the only thing i can add is that i have been finding tons of bait in the boat harbor and also in the cut just upstream from the boat harbor. if you don't have a cast net, get a big one and learn to throw it before you come down here. what kind of boat do you have? i will look out for you and help you if i see you. by the way, the tailrace has been AWFUL for me this month. i would suggest fishing points and bluffs from shoal creek down to wilson dam (both sides of the lake) during the day and concentrate on the tailrace in the early morning and evening. as for the rig, use 8 lb. line of your choice, little or no weight, and a shad minner.
