Crappie fishing at night is a thrill.But fishing at night can be a danger if proper lighting in not met.The full moon is a great time to fish for crappie because of the light.Crappie in shallow water are more affected by moon light.Where as crappie in deep water do not become affected because of their depth.If bait fish are moved by the moon so are the feeder fish.A lake or river can take on many changes during a full moon. Even the smallest of "critters" perform monthly mating cycle.Which in turn cause a free for all feeding cycle.So have fun and go night fishing and take a kid...
