if you are fishing points, take about 10 baits in your net and whack them on the side of the boat (not too hard or they won't swim right) and pitch them out on the point. you want them to swim in circles when you pitch them in. if you don't whack them hard enough, they swim off. freeline and tightline some baits out on the point among the wounded minners.... it's fun to watch what all will come up and KILL those wounded minners, and sometimes they eat your minners, too. i have a 50 gal. grayline tank, so i always get at least 150 more baits than i need to fish with in case it works that day (if i can catch them).
