Browns Ferry still has a restriction on fishing the bank along the plant. You must stay back past the channel bouys. I heard that the stripe has started biting there at the discharge pipes. A friend of mine told me that they started biting about two weeks ago. I don't know from first hand experience. I hope this helps.
