Thanks for the info Troy! I guess my email to TVA must have gotten lost in the shuffle... I never got a response from them.

Have you heard anything about the restrictions around the nuclear plants like Browns Ferry? I don't fish there, but I suspect they still have access restrictions based on a recent post here.
