The Umbrella rigs are made of stainless wire with lead poured in the center. You can buy the set up for about $8-$12 not really worth the hassle. The expensive part is the 9 jigs that are on it. I have used them at Smith Lake and they are very effective on stripe. Go to ssguidervice.com and he sells the rigs and has info on them as well.
