I haven't sent an email (yet), but I did call the TVA police (emergency number) which is answered in Knoxville, I think... Anyway, I was given the number of a public relations person, Gil Francis (sp), 1-865-632-8031
I was told to call this number tomorrow (monday) for "official" word on the access below TVA dams. I may or may not call. Feel free to call and ask him yourself! (grin)
