Have you tried THICK cover adjacent to deeper water? Back of second creek around laydowns, stumps, and boathouses? If the topwater bite ain't there how about a floating worm twitched just under the surface? Texas rigs with light weights work better for me in 82+ degree water. I think the key is to fish the thickest stuff you can find with a slow falling technique. Good luck and let us know how this works.
