This is pretty close to the way I fileted fish back when I really kept a lot and fileted a lot. The only thing it leaves out is an easy way to cut out the rib cage. I always used a VERY sharp filet knife (not electric) and it would always catch on the rib bones when I tried to cut them out. Maybe a filet knife with a beveled edge would take care of that problem? Never had much luck with electric knives though. Only mangled the fish for me. (sigh)
