Yes, what they were doing is against the law. If you know the license number of the boat and/or can give a good description of the boat and the people, you might call the game warden's office or Operation Game Watch and report this incident. I think I have also seen the folks you are talking about, but I have never actually seen what they were taking in their traps and nets. The number for Harris Station (Game Wardens) is 256-353-2634 or 256-353-2637. This office should be able to help for problems on Flint creek. You should report this incident to Harris Station in any case, whether or not you know the license number of the boat. This will give them a heads up to keep a watch out in that area.
