Fished a 1/2 day on the low end today. We worked areas from 2nd creek all the way up to Coxy. The water on the main lake is still fairly clear as far as visibility is concerned. The farther up, the muddier it gets. The real hazard is the Elk and the main lake below the Elk to the Dam. The Elk is muddy, and pouring tons of logs, trees, trash and other hull ripping stuff into the river. Several log jams were floating just infront of the Elk and running is very hazardous. If you are going this weekend, be really careful. We caught bass up to 3-lbs. We caught them scatterd fishing a variety of baits, so there was no real pattern to day for us, other than fishing wood cover in shallow water. Again, be careful. A lot of the stuff we saw and had to drive through was just under the surface and big enough to do real damage.
