Gander Mtn has the trolling motor kits for about 12-13 bucks.
Santa brought me a Humminbird 565, the top model in the 500 series. It's a $200 fishfinder with dual beam sonar. I don't know how much someone would charge you to mount it in the boat, but it's really easy to mount just make sure you plan on it being permanent.
